“Just a note to complement your crew. My house was completed by Wayne's crew, with help during tear off from others. I have never seen such hard working people. They would start early in the morning and not stop, except for a short lunch, until late afternoon. Wayne was polite, answering any questions I had. He was very concerned with details, and doing a good job.
The last day, a crew of two showed up to put my gutters up. The leader was Brandon. As we walked around the house, he answered any questions I had. Brandon was concerned with both his work and making sure I was happy. In half a day, Brandon and his helper completed the job.
Again, I would just like to say that your two lead people, Wayne and Brandon, are concerned about the project getting done correctly, and with all details covered. Both represent your company in a very professional way. I was happy to work with both of them.”

“I just wanted to drop you a line regarding the work that your company has done for Karen and me. With regard to the tear off, repair, re-roofing, gutter replacements, and gutter guards on our house, and 2 of our rental properties, I would like to express our thanks for these projects.
When we met in our kitchen, you went through the entire job, explaining the whole project, taking time to go through the details.
I was skeptical regarding the time element that you put on the 3 projects that were taken on simultaneously. But to our amazement you finished all 3 jobs on time.
All three crews were very professional, taking care not to trample vegetation around the house, and picking up throughout the project. When they finished, there was no trash at all. They were also very courteous, not swearing or blasting loud music.
When I had a couple of questions about the job the foreman would stop and discuss what and why they were doing at the time.
I have referred your company to several other people because it truly is hard to find contractors that are reliable.

“Thank you for doing it right the first time. Your crew did a great job replacing a faulty roof that had been poorly installed by another company only 5 years ago. I wished that I had used your company the first time.
My mistake was hiring someone else that did a fast job and left gaps around the fireplace flashing that were not seen from the ground. In a few years the water damaged the underlayment and ants attacked the wet wood. The roof failed because of a manufacturing problem. What a mess! I called you because of the great work that your company had done on my window replacements and the trim and soffits. I really appreciated you helping me through the lengthy process of filing a warranty claim. Thank you for all of the extra effort that you put into correcting the serious problem that the other installers caused. As you know, my neighbors noticed how well your crew worked and the fine job that they did. As a result, nine of my neighbors have had new roofs put on by your team and some have also had siding and window replacements.
